How soon will I receive my order?

We process orders within 3 to 5 business days from receipt of the order. Once your order is processed, we will ship your items to you via standard shipping.

Can I return my items?

Yes, you can return undamaged items for store credit within 5-7 business days of delivery. 

What if my order is damaged?

You may exchange a damaged order within 5-7 business days of delivery. Please contact us via e-mail or phone to address any issues or concerns. 

Will the items be exactly the same as pictured?


Everything that is pictured will be provided, however due to the seasonality of our offerings, colors and selections may vary. 

What if the basket I want is out of stock?


If your basket is out of stock, we will give you a choice of a second basket or a full return of funds. Our inventory changes regularly so depending upon popularity, items may be restocked or discontinued.
